SHIPPING POLICY:
Welcome to The Golden Shepherd's Shipping Policy. Here, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely manner, with great care in packaging, and at reasonable costs. We believe in transparent and reliable shipping methods to build trust with our customers. As of right now we only ship to the U.S. shipping cost will be added to your order at checkout.

RETURNS:
At The Golden Shepherd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you've had a change of heart or are dissatisfied with a product, we offer a straightforward return or exchange policy to give you peace of mind. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to ensure that you can shop with confidence. Within seven days please email us at shopthegoldenshepherd@gmail.com and we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.​
DAMAGES & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once it is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you're wanting to simply exchange a size please email us.
REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more then 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at shopthegoldenshepherd@gmail.com.
